Do you charge extra for pickup and delivery?
No. Our Pickup and Delivery Service is free, with no hidden fees.
Do I need to be home during pickups or deliveries?
No, you don’t. Just place your items in the VIP bag by 8:00 AM and leave it in your usual pickup spot, and we’ll handle the rest.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimums at all. Whether it’s one item or a full load, we’ll take care of it. We also keep extra bags on hand in case you have more than one can hold.
How do I give special cleaning instructions?
Use the preference tags that come with your VIP bag or leave a quick note for your driver. We’ll make sure your requests are followed exactly.
Which areas in Surprise & Goodyear, Arizona do you serve?
We currently service Surprise, Goodyear, and the surrounding areas within a ten-mile radius of our stores. We are adding additional routes based on the demand for this service from our clients. We can make special accommodations for corporate buildings, hospitals, schools, etc., with qualifying orders, upon request.
